Where is Our Store Located?
Further Supply is an online-based store, which allows us to offer a thoughtfully curated selection of off-grid essentials without the added costs of a physical storefront. While we don’t have a brick-and-mortar location, our knowledgeable team is always available to answer your questions and guide you toward the right products for your off-grid lifestyle. We also have a private showroom located on a nature-focused short-term rental property in the Portland, Oregon area. The showroom features select items from our collection — if you'd like to see specific products in action, we’d be happy to schedule a private appointment to give you a hands-on experience and address any questions you may have.
Delivery Timing
We do not keep inventory of every item. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your items to arrive. We will reach out to you when your item is ready for pickup.
Shipping Options and Local Pickups
Shipping is not available for all items, and for some items is restricted to specific states due to our agreements with our suppliers. All items are available for local pickup or delivery in Portland, OR.
DELIVERY TO REMOTE LOCATIONS
Our shipping team have managed deliveries to some of the most remote locations in North America. If you live in a remote location, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can review delivery options with you in advance of your purchase.

Return Policy
We gladly accept most unopened merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (see exceptions below). Simply return the complete product to us in its clean original packaging, accompanied with the original proof of purchase or receipt. Note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Special-order merchandise is not returnable. Non-refundable items also include: Used toilets and cleaning products. There are no exceptions*
Warranty Disclaimer
All merchandise is subject to the manufactures warranty and will be repaired or replaced as per the manufactures directions.
